+ 0 more.Mr. Mike has to be one of the most compassionate, caring & honest men I know. He went to my house knowing that I had recently lost my husband and that I needed work done to move in my brother that had recently had a lung transplant. He called me giving all the details and explaining in detail what needed to be done and what would be the most important to do first. When the guys came out to do the work they called me and verified with me things before doing them. I was very very pleased with the service, the price but mostly the friendly honest communication. Good hard work, from good honest people what a blessing!!! I thank God daily for their help.
Description of Work: Checked to see if the mold/mildew was growing in my walls, replaced my whirly bird on house, and added another whirly bird, routed exhaust from bathroom fan up to whirly bird, cleaned air ducts

+ 0 moreMike and co. came right on time. They didn't waste any time as they had the old duct system out in probably an hour and a half. They up-sized our duct system and cut a new vent in our living room. Had the job done by 3. They were very clean. They had laid out blankets to collect the dirt and were running a vacuum when they made any cuts. As they completed they sent one guy in to vacuum and another to sweep the floors. When I inspected the job after they were done I was impressed. It was a much better job than was in there. All the duct lines were hung from the rafters instead of just thrown around the attic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I got an estimate from another company that had high reviews here, and they wanted close to $4000 for the same job. These are now my "Go-To" guys.
Description of Work: They came in and removed our old moldy duct system and replaced it, cut in a new vent, and did the winter maintenance on our A/C unit.

Description of Work: Clean Air Systems did well, what they said they would do. they sealed up the vents and doors and air intake. All the work was well done and on time (there was one vent left undone, but they returned as soon as I informed them to fix it). The person whom I dealt with was very professional and seemed concerned that we got what we expected, even offering to come back out and walk back through with me. I've not had this type of work done before, so it's hard to compare, but it seemed to me a bit pricey, but like I say I don't have a good comparison, and at least for the money we got good service. Recommended.

Description of Work: Had them come out for an estimate & to figure out why my house is so hard to keep cool. I was given an estimate over over 3 grand & told I needed everything from almost 2 thousand dollars worth of isulation to almost 300 dollars to clean my a/c coils, evap, etc. I had another company inspect my a/c and clean it...for less than $100! Clean air had said that my unit, evap, etc in my attic were dirty. The second company took me into the attic and showed it all to me after they had removed the covers...it all looked almost like new & DID NOT need cleaning. Still working on estimates for the other stuff they said I need, but it looks like they are selling services which are NOT needed. UPDATE: New attic insulation was blown in and spray on insulation on cathedral ceiling side walls for WAY less than this quote of $2000...I am not saying this company does not do thorough and excellent work, but they are way overpriced. I had three other quotes for insulation and all were less than Clean Air and were for the same R value. Shop around!!!

+ 0 moreIt was a follow-up service. So, there was no cost involved. These people do not do furnaces. They clean the ducts and seal the houses in order to make them more energy efficient. By sealing the house, the outside air doesn?t enter the house. Since they had to do extra work, the work turned out to be a little expensive. They were exactly on time and got the job done on time. However, I am not complaining. They cut the heating bill by one-third; my heating bills have reduced significantly. Also, they are extremely responsive. They have come back a couple of times, without me calling them, just to check if everything is working fine. However, as they are in much demand, it is a little difficult to get them out. I would use them again if possible.
Description of Work: I used Clean Air Systems of Louisiana, three months ago. They came out and adjusted the air flow on my heating and cooling system.
