+ -1 moreChris called immediately after we submitted work needed. We set up time for him to come out the next day (3:00 pm). He was very polite on the phone call. He never showed up to give us a price or didn’t call us to let us know he couldn’t make it. If he had called we would have happily rescheduled.

Description of Work: I chose Chris Chandler to sell my home. He put forth very little effort. We only had 10 showings in the 6 months we were under contract and they were all from other realtors. His method was to list the house on MLS and then wait for something to happen. When I was finally able to get a realtor who cared, my house was under contract within a week.
