I pay the residential home warranty company and they find the service and they come out. Everything was stopping up.? They got on top of the house and they snaked my toilets and stuff.? Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them.? I wouldn't use them again unless I had to because the problem kept persisting.? Every time, they can't fix it.? It happened again within three weeks to a month's time. They were professional.

Bobby Greene plumbing responded promptly, worked with us to create a good solution to our problem, and coordinated with the city, who also had to do some of the work. When a problem was discovered to have been created with our sump pump, they sent someone to fix it promptly. We were satisfied with the quality of the work and have been with other work they have done in the past. Always very professional.

removed all shower head and handles and replaced with new. made sure everything was caulked and sealed so there would be no leaks. Bobby L Greene has great employees.

The workman did a very professional job. They were prompt to start and even though they had to stop because of rain they were there the minute the rain stopped enough for them to work and finished the job. I've been very pleased with every job they have done for me over the years.

We had a problem with our water pressure and were afraid we'd need a new well pump. Their man was able to come out and assess our situation quickly and now our water pressure is very good! Turns out we were having trouble with our water softening system and may have to have it replaced. We were impressed with how efficient and knowledgeable he was and it was a very good experience.

It was a weekend work. Overall, they were timely. They were the only plumber that showed up that night because it was a Saturday night. The fact that they came out to actually do the work stood out about them. They were professional, courteous and did a good job. I would tell a friend or family member that they are reliable and they get the job done.

I have used him for about 30 years and they bill by the hour. In the past we used them to do the plumbing during a bathroom remodel. He may be more expensive but a lot of times you get what you pay for.

It went well. I frequently peeked in on the plumber's progress. He was very friendly and didn't seem to mind explaining what he was doing.

.They were hired to fix a hot water heater that had stopped working. There was absolutley no water damage issues at that point, just the fact that we were no longer getting hot water. The gentleman re-connected it to the wrong pipe and resulted in water pouring out of ceiling in various sections of the house. The gentleman apologized profusley when he realized his error. I ended up with water damage in 5 rooms. When I called Bobby L. Green's office, not only was the office person extremely rude, but she said (and I quote) "this is a gray area. the pumber did not know it was a dead pipe.". They offered NOTHING. And they still billed me for the plumber services, at $150 an hour dut to it being a weekend. Plus I ended up with a $3000 cost to me to repair the water damage THEY created. I understand that accidents/mistakes happen. However, the manner in which they chose to handle says alot about company. Zero customer service. Zero pride in thier work. And no ownership of their employee's mistakes. I would never recommend them.

My son used to live here before we moved here and used them. He was satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to family member and friends. They do a good work.

We have just always used him for a long time. He was originally from this old neighborhood, and we don’t live in the city limits. He lived out here when all of these plumbing lines were laid down, so he is more familiar with everything else here. We think his price is reasonable. He was responsive especially with the natural gas when he was here within 30 minutes. We will use him again in the future.

He was prompt. They did several jobs on the first visit, and one of them didn't stand up. I called him back, and he sent somebody to do the job correctly the second time.
