Very dissatisfied. Did not get service. The cleaner stayed for 2 hours and nothing was clean other than the window sills.

Had the complaint been immediate and we could’ve validated your claim, the circumstances would be different, but I will back up my cleaner for she maintained impeccable communication, talked through expectations with you in the beginning, and sent messages to you before leaving. Any concerns should’ve been addressed same day, not 5 days after. Congratulations on your new home, and best wishes.

I just recently hired BnBreeze to clean my property and I was beyond impressed with the service. The place was so clean. The owner was very kind and professional from the first chat. He helped make the entire process smooth from start to finish. The cleaner arrived on time, was thorough, kind, and professional. The owner called after to make sure I was completely satisfied, as I definitely was. I highly recommend BnBreeze for any cleaning needs and if you want great and easy service!
