BJ`S LAWN & LANDSCRAPING LLC

It's going great. BJ came out to give us a quote the same day we called him. He inspected our yard and told us his recommendations, taking our budget into consideration. He had his guys out later that week and they did a spectacular job mowing, weed-whacking and edging our front and back yard. He let us know what he plans to do (such as treating for weeds) before he does it in case we have questions. We have dogs and were worried about them getting out of the fenced yard during the process, but the guys are very conscious of this and there have been no issues. I hate to read reviews where everything is rated A (or F, for that matter) because it feels dishonest, but I considered every aspect of the questions and BJs has honestly earned my high rating. (The crew doesn't show up on the same day every week, but that's only because of this hit-or-miss rain we've been having.) We're very happy with BJ's.

Excellent service--I called in the morning and Mr. Watson came right away the same afternoon as promised to give an estimate, which was very reasonable. Mr. Watson was polite, soft-spoken and very responsive to our needs as fixed-income pensioners. He was impeccably dressed and professional in his manner and speech. His estimate was very reasonable, to say the least. The lawn was mowed the next day, as promised. It was a great relief to find Mr. Watson, after having suffered almost one year of "service" from a local provider who was overbearing, expensive and unwilling to carry on a dialogue with us. We finally ended on a very unpleasant note. A subsequent provider never showed up or returned calls when we were ready for him to mow the lawn. Our HOA requires lawn care, so I was really worried we would get a "pink slip" from them!! I had about given up, when I used "Angie's List" to find a lawn care provider. I only wish I had done so in the first place!!
