AZALEA CLEANERS

I took in a brand new Michael Kors handbag to get some red dirt stains removed. They told me it would take two weeks because they cleaned purses by hand. After 3-1/2 weeks I finally got it back with the stains still there. I was told that red dirt normally comes out, but because of the silk material it would not come clean. I took the purse home and sprayed some spray and wash on it. What could it hurt, right? I took a soft brush and scrubbed the purse clean in about one minute. I sat it in the sun to dry and the stains are completely gone. I will definitely not be using them in the future.

I'm new to the area and I tried Azalea Dry Cleaners three times. The first time they couldn't find one of my shirts and I had to come back the next day. I thought I'd give them another shot as things happen and the second experience was good. The third experience was terrible. I brought in some suits and shirts. When I went to pick them up they had the suits but couldn't find my shirts. Three people were looking and I waited over 15 min and finally they said they must be still being cleaned! I came back the next day and it still took them a few minutes to find them. The lady at the counter said they were there after all they day before, they just couldn't find them. They use an outdated system for checking clothes in where the customer doesn't get a slip to verify what has been dropped off. It doesn't give you any sense of security. That hit home when they couldn't find my clothes and I had nothing to prove I left them there. I have since switched to a new dry cleaner.
