Description of Work: Trimmed a broken up hackberry tree in my back yard.

Description of Work: 1. TO TRIM OR TO REMOVE I purchased a two story patio home 17 years ago. In a corner of the patio is a Tulip Poplar tree which had grown to a very large size. The trunk of the tree splits eight feet high to form like two seperate trees. I had previousely inserted two six foot long steel bolts to prevent the tree from splitting apart in a storm. Over the years many heavy branches grew to form a wind break and caused the tree to sway dangerously during high winds. I was advised that removing lower branches would take weight off the tree and would open it up to allow wind to pass through. I decidedd to save the tree.2. CHOOSING A TREE SERVICE COMPANY Another decision had to be made. Whom could I trust to do a good job at a reasonable price? Open the telephone book yellow pages to Tree Service and find over thirty choices. I chose three companies on successive days and got a job price from each one. The price difference from high to low was $300.00. I still had a choice to make and finally called the lowest bidder, Mr. Randy Tullis, owner of Arbor Management Services, LLC. He had all of the neccessary credentials, License, Insurance, Etc and he impressed me.3. THE COMPLETED WORK I could not ask for better service. Mr. Tullis with his crew arrived at the agreed on time. He personally supervised the job. All members were courteous, friendly and effecient. The "Tree Man" (who worked in the tree) did all of the cutting and was a joy to watch. He knew precisely the order of cut to make for a fast and safe job. All cuttings were mulched at the site and the ground was thoroughly cleaned. Patio furniture and flower pots were replaced in their original positions. Mr. Tullis removed two limbs from another tree for me at no added charge.
