Apex Service Company

Never completed the job. Claimed they had to special order a part and would be back to complete the work. I called repeatedly and no one would return my calls. Made a complaint with BBB and still no one would contact me. Avoid this company!

my heat pump caught on fire! Billy gave me a quote. ordered my part (that came in next day). I was put ahead of some of the other customers (summer checks) because it was going to be below freezing. had me back up and running in no time. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of this company. I liked them so much that I am going to get them to come do the six-month cleaning! (for winter and summer).

Called Apex early in the morning and was able to set an appointment for the same afternoon. Angela, who answered the phone, gave me a two hour service window of 1-3 PM and the tech was there by 1:30. Billy, the technician, diagnosed the immediate issue and addressed a few other concerns. I okayed the repairs including taking care of the additional issues. he had the needed parts on the truck and had it running again. I feel the price was fair for the service given and the warranty was outstanding. I have already recommended my sister to them. She is scheduled for service today.
