Description of Work: I made a request on their website for a quote. I got a call from Nick within an hour or 2 of making the request. He was pleasant on the phone and made an appointment for inspection at my earliest convenience. On the day of the inspection he came on time, was polite, told me information that I needed to know, answered all my questions and set up a time for treatment. The day of the treatment 2 men arrived on time, however, one had to go back to the office for the chemicals that didn't get put on the truck (think they were driving a different truck than they normally used). Once he returned they went right to work and didn't waste any further time. One working outside along the exterior of the house, while the other worked in the house getting holes drilled under sinks and near bathtub plumbing. By the time the one had finished outside the other had completed all the preparations inside so they could finish with the chemicals inside. Both men were very pleasant and professional. They completed the job in about an hour and half.

Description of Work: I had seen 2 roaches in the house and am petrified of roaches. They came the next day and exterminated it. I only saw 1 roach a day for less than a week and then they were gone. I was very happy with there service.

Description of Work: The representative Donnie, who came to my house, was very professional, informative, and helpful. Wish all reps of companies were like him. Anti-Pest is fortunate to have him. The outside of my house & ant beds sprayed. Excellent service! Definitely recommend this company!!!

Description of Work: I signed a 1 year contract a few months ago and opted to pay up front. They are to spray perimeter of house and not come inside unless there is an issue. Works great, no issues. Technician leaves note on door to prove she was here.
