The service was outstanding. They were polite and professional and made sure we were satisfied before they left. They cleaned up my yard better than it was before they started. Great price with amazing results.

By the time they got here to check on a final date to cut the tree down, I noticed what looked like new growth on the tree. I requested that he come to take a look at it before we cut it down and we agreeded to wait until the spring to see if the tree is really dieing. He doesnt want to cut down a good tree. My husband and I are very Pleased with them. We will wait and see what happens in the spring and they were Not upset at all with our decision. He also suggested some things for us to do to help the tree survive. I would call them again if we need any tree service done. Of course all our neighbors were watching and noticing the tree as it started looking better and were relieved that All Pro didn't rush in and cut the tree down. I love those guys. I wasn't there when they performed the job. I know what it looks like before and I know what it looks like after. My trees look wonderful after. I was absolutely pleased. I've used them for several years. I like the quality of their work. They know what they're doing. They are my only tree trimmers. I won't go to anybody else.

Gary came over and was very good. He explained the process to me. He was very nice and professional.

We had a tree split in half after a brief wind storm on Wednesday, July 23rd. The breakaway piece landed on the roof of our 2 storey house. I called All Pro and they had a gentleman to our house that day. We negotiated our deal, and they showed up on Saturday morning to get started. It took quite a while, but they were very thorough and cautious. They did a great job and really busted their tails to get it done. They tarped the roof, and did a great job of cleaning up everything from the roof down to the ground. Stump grinding went well and they spread the wood chips in one of the gardens to use as mulch (my idea- didn't want to waste them.) Very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism.

Overall it was nice clean and thorough. They sawed off the higher branches by climbing near them. hey sawed off the tree itself from below.(using a power saw at ground level. They cleaned up the excess and removed it. The supervisor called to let me know why it was not finished in one day as they needed a larger saw. The next day with the larger saw, they cut through the trunk and carted away the remains. The foreman was very polite and communicative.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up all the debris that was left.

I received a quote of $250.00 to trim two trees in the backyard, which seemed like a very steep price. We decided to go ahead though, because we just wanted to get the work completed and be finished with it. The day of the service, the company sent out a work crew. My husband was home the entire time they were performing the work. When the crew arrived, they didn't seem to know what work they were to perform that day. My husband had to direct them and let them know what was quoted. (They also did not know the price we had been quoted.) They proceeded to trim the trees in the backyard, though they wanted to argue with my husband regarding what he wanted trimmed. They didn't want to trim much off of the tree that was growing over our back fence. At that point, my husband told them he wasn't going to pay them $250.00 to trim one tree and barely trim another. After they finished trimming the trees in the backyard, my husband got them to go ahead and clear out the brush under two cedar trees in our front yard. He also had them cut the vines that were growing around the trunks and up the lengths of both trees and onto our Magnolia tree. They seem to have cut the majority of the vines, though upon inspection there are still living vines growing visible on the branches of both trees. Overall we are satisfied with the work and the price, though the chaos at the start of the job was unfortunate. I am happy my husband was home to deal with it instead of me.

Hired this company to move a large tree in our back yard that had died and was hollow on the inside. One of their guys came and gave us an estimate, he was the most reasonable out of 4 different companies and he had good reviews on Angie's list so I went with all pro. Their guys came the week after and moved the tree as agreed. Overall it was a great experience as they did what they said they were going to do and did a great job communicating with me through the process.

Overall, very good company. I reached a voice mail service a few times but then lady called me back and promptly set up an appointment. Sales guy came to assess the situation and quoted me $1000 to cut down, remove and grind up the stump on an old Elm tree in our backyard which had seen it's better days and kept losing more and more limbs with recent storms. He came down to $900 and we settled on that price. He told me he would get me scheduled in the next few weeks. About 10 days went by with no contact, so I called the company and they told me "you are scheduled for tomorrow".. I said this is the first I'm hearing about that, told them that was too soon, so we re-scheduled for the next day. Two guys came out to do the work. I came home for lunch, the tree was down and they were on break. They did an overall good job of cleaning up, although one of my patio pavers was broken from one of the limbs falling and the crew left about 5 cigarette butts in the yard. They contract out the stump grinding, that guy came out on the following Monday and had it done in about 1 hour. Like I said, overall, very good company, good price for what I had done.

I had All Pro Tree Service LLC come out to give me a bid on the job described and their bid was $2,200.00 This was $400 better than the highest bid but was $1,350 higher than the lowest bid. Next time I will not waste their time or my time.

After waiting about 1 1/2 weeks and not hearing from them, I called again. The gentleman I spoke to said that he would try to make it out by the end of the week. That was the last contact that I had with All Pro. No one ever came or contacted me. I went with another company and will not try All Pro again.

These guys are great! The were prompt, quick, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and basically went above and well beyond my expectations. A++ I would definitely hire them again and give them my highest recommendation!Cut

Found All Pro Tree Service through the recommendations here on Angie's List. They have more than lived up to those recommendations. Articulate, courteous, friendly, prompt & punctual, very professional, and extremely careful and skilled in the actual tree removal--and this was no easy job.

I used their services about two or three years ago. I had some trees taken out. They did everything they said they were going to do, and did it just fine, no damage, cleaned it up and took away the stumps. I am very happy with them.

Great job done in around 7 hours. Cleaned up after job.

I received and accepted an estimate from All Pro a few months before and had almost given up on them actually performing the work. I was just about to give the job to another company when they unexpectedly showed up. I had not expected to wait quite so long for service without a phone call to give me an update. They stated that they had been extremely busy and fully booked with jobs as are most of the tree companies in the area these days due to terrible drought last year and trees dying all over. Anyway, I'm glad I let them proceed with the work. They did an excellent job and actually did even more than I expected. They did all the work that we agreed on in a very safe, neat, organized, and professional manner. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. All of the work took about three days to complete. Thank you, All Pro.

They were great; my mother and neighbor also used them. This was the first time I used them and they were referred by a friend who had used them. They are locally owned, showed up on time and did a great job. They picked all their stuff up and did not damage anything except a vent hood which was replaced the next day. Their pricing was good; I had another estimate from someone else that was double. I will use them again in the future.

I have used Brad Hamilton's All Pro Tree Service three times now to trim all the trees in my yard including two very large live oaks and one bradford pear tree. Each time these services have been performed with exceptional detail to the health of the trees and safety (both to the trees and the workers). They removed all the debris and the yard was spotless when they left. Everyone involved is professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for all your tree service needs.

The total was $1500, but there is a $50 coupon available on the website. They came out and went right to work. It took 2 days to take down all the trees. Then a few days later the stump grinder came. Then the following week, the clean up crew came. It took about a week and a half to complete the job, but I was in no hurry so that was fine by me. They came in everyday and went straight to work and let me know when they would be leaving. The repaired the fence when a limb hit it and broke some of the boards. Overall they did an excellent job and I will be calling them at the first of the year for the removal and pruning fo a few more trees.

We previously used another Firewood service but found they were no longer providing firewood when we contacted them this year. I began perusing the Yellow Pages for my area and stumbled across ALL PRO TREE SERVICE. I research businesses with the local BBB before calling them (sorry Angie's List, I didn't know about your site until today!). I spoke with a man named Brad Hamilton there, whom I later discovered is the owner. He was super nice and clearly concerned that he quote the best quantity and price for our needs - he DID NOT try to oversell us on anything. Within 3 days - our previous services delivery time was one week- we had quality seasoned hardwood at our door - placed on the wood racks neatly by them! We burned a wonderful fire all day and night! I called back to tell them again how very much I enjoyed doing business with them and what pleasant experience it was altogether! I decided to send a picture of our first fire this season with the wood his company provided and he called back to thank me again for choosing his company. I don't believe customer service gets any better! I have to say; If you want the best burning wood for a nominal fee, contact Brad and be prepared to experience quality service for less!

Absolutely the best tree service. Crew couldn't have been nicer, and cleaned up every thing. Worked two solid days in 90 degree heat.
