This guy makes it seem routine. He makes an appointment and he keeps it. He shows up and actually does what he told me on the phone he was going to do. He billed the same amount he quoted us. Sound non exceptional? Try navigating this field and this is an exceptional performance.
Description of Work: Air testing on our self remediated home and guest home. One surface test was run also. We wanted to confirm our visual and feel experience. The tests raised a couple of questions which we now think we have answers and will be doing a little more work in two of the areas identified as having a moderate chance of colonized mold. We are thankful to have Rick coming down this far to service us! There is so much smoke and mirrors and downright dishonesty that most of these so called professionals can cause more damage and or do un-needed work.

He only charged me $1100 for 11 samples of mold in my home and that included all the lab work from the EPA labs.. He is a very good person and does things right. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He tells you the truth and gives you the cost. He drove 78 miles to come do this job and he was on time. He put on the Hazmat suite and was here for 2.5 hours and was extremely thorough. He is a very good Christian man. I would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again. I would recommend that anyone go to him, and that they would be wasting their money going elsewhere.
