 + -1 moreLong story made short, After failing to tell me some of their policies, Action failed to order my door for about 8 days. Now this was a huge time delay for me, but at the same time I was able to change the color of the door last minute. After about 3 weeks the door finally came, they were able to install after about 2 more days. Install went great, guys were professional and efficient. Had Synorsis door opener installed. After about a month it stopped working properly, called and they can't get anyone out for days!! Overall bad customer service Good quality and Installation Fair to high on price.
Description of Work: I converted my carport into a garage and hired Action to install a garage door and opener.

I accepted the estimate on Friday and company employees performed work in an efficient, thorough, and professional manner on the following Monday. The cost of the work was not the lowest estimate but the opener has a lifetime warranty and the company employees impressed me with their professionalism.
Description of Work: Replaced garage opener and garage door. Hauled old garage door and opener away.

 + -1 morePATHETIC, I will never call that company again. I recommend to everyone else, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON ACTION GARAGE DOORS! They don't care.
Description of Work: No services were performed due to the fact that when i called for service the Technician was rude and lazy. This company is supposed to provide 24 hour emergency service. My door malfunctioned at 10:00 PM, so i called them. When i spoke to the technician he gave me an attitude as if he didn't want to come out to fix the problem, then he cursed over the phone (indirectly). He was very unprofessional and rude. Oh and the price was OUTRAGEOUS!! $160 plus parts and MILEAGE, I only live 20 extra Miles outside of Shreveport, not outside the state line!!!! So i called another company.
