Description of Work: A/C unit is quite old and a fan motor conked out one night after a 100 degree day so I was quite desperate to say the least. They started early the next morning in their attempt to find a part that would work and by noon the next day I once again had air conditioning. Couldn't have asked for more prompt or efficient service.

Description of Work: Action Air comes twice a year because we have a contract with them. They did a maintenance thing and just checked all three of my units to make sure they were working properly.

 + -1 moreOur tenants in Bossier had a problem with the A/C. We called Action Air and they sent a tech out to repair the problem in less than two hours. I was very impressed at their prompt and professional service. We live out of state so it is hard to fix a problem like this for a tenant quickly. Action Air made things easier for us.
