Description of Work: Dual furnaces in difficult attic to maneuver which proved to be non-functional in moderately cold weather. Good response time and quickly obtained and replaced the malfunctioning gas valve that had caused the system to shut itself off. Two different professionals on different days both industrious, affable and willing to explain in detail the nature of the repairs. Quotes given by office honored to the penny with no added fees which is quite often the case. Will use them again in the Spring for routine maintenance on twin air conditioning units. Pleased.
