I had to get a new A/C unit. After receiving the estimate, I went on line to make sure that the prices were in lline with other providers. They were right on. I felt confident that I was not being taken advantage of. On installation day, the unit that I was to receive was not available, so they upgraded my unit without any additional cost! My house is an older home, and installation was not easy. Accutemp's team never complained, and worked continuously until it was finished. I was very pleased with the entire experience, and feel confident that their service going forward will be just as great.

They are reasonably priced and work on weekends. The owner of the company even followed up. They come out every 6 months to service the unit; it is a high efficiency Trane air conditioner.

The appointment process was simple and scheduled within a very reasonable time frame. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. Two months later and the system still seems to be working fine. My only 'complaint' is the price. It was not outrageous, but it wasn't cheap either. However, I don't think the same work and parts would have cost less from any similar provider. My perspective on home maintenance is that there's no such thing as a bargain!

The experience was very positive overall from the initial phone call into the office where an individual who was very friendly, courteous and professional answered and assisted to the gentlemen who came to give the job estimate and perform the actual work. I was very impressed with their professional demeanor and punctuality with both the appointment for the estimate to the day the actual work was completed. They seemed to be knowledgable and thorough and didn't mind answering questions. Upon doing some further research, the overall cost for the services rendered seemed to be a bit higher than their competitors, but I would definitely suggest them to friends and neighbors and utilize them again in the future.

They were great. The company that replaced the compressor last fall was awful. They didn't do a great job and took 3 months to come out. I can't say enough good things about Accutemp. They did a great job.

They were very professional, they cleaned up after the job was over. Had several issues right after installing the unit, they had to come back five different times to fix five problems but very please with their work on solving all the problems. Definitely would recommended their company!!!!! It was at my mom's house in Shreveport but I spoke with the company rep, I live in Dallas, he was extremely polite and answered all my questions and concerns.

AccuTemp installer arrived on time and put the new unit and equipment in a timely matter and clean up everything. Check with me to be sure that I new how to operate the new Air Conditioner. Check again make sure everything working properly. I have been using them since they first open would recommend them to anybody. I brought this home in July 2011 knowing that air condition were old would need to be replace fairly soon, but that why got great price on house. This is the second unit that AccuTemp install in this home for me. The downstairs unit went out just we moving has the same great service on that unit.

Accutemp was very responsive and fair. The company/owner really cares about it's clients and wants to leave their customers happy. The workers were knowledgable and timely etc. Good follow up too.

Brigg came to our home to give us an estimate. He answered questions thoroughly and was very professional. The original estimate was for $6541, but he subtracted the work done on the old unit from two weeks prior. I also used the $300 off coupon from here on Angieslist. The final bid came out to $6098. 36 month same as cash financing was offered through Wells Fargo. After considering our options, I called Brigg to proceed. He scheduled the installation for the next day. It turned out that the warehouse didn't have the heating unit I ordered. So as to not delay the job, Accutemp got me an upgrade to the next unit at no additional cost! This was a $700-$800 upgrade. The young men that came out were professional and polite. The installation process took a full day, and the system works beautifully. The installers did forget to turn the hot water heater back on and to replace the foam around the outside copper pipe. But, someone did come back to take care of it. I would certainly recommend Accutemp to friends and family.

The service was typical to most heating and A/C services.. The service was okay. He came out a little late, but he did fix the air conditioner and it is still working.. There was nothing spectacular about the service, but nothing wrong either.

The work went very well, they had the equipment on hand and started the job on time and actually finished 1.5 days ahead of scheduled time.Again they were courteous, prompt, and kept us in formed on what was going on. After they were done and gone we had some problems (minor) and they always answered the phone and always came out in a timely manor. I am very pleased overall and would definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.

The installation was set up for the next day. When Accutemp arrived the employees were clean cut and very respectful of me, my home and most of all my new carpet! The install took oneday and these guys worked hard all day long. They were easy to talk to and when everything was complete explained how to work my thermostat and system. More important my house was just as clean when they left as when they arrived. I would recommend accutemp again to anyone and I will be a repeat customer.
