They did a fantastic job. They are very, very good people. They were very punctual. They were always there when they said they were going to be there. Did what they said they were going to do. The 2 guys that came out to install the unit worked very hard to get the unit installed as fast as they could because it was a very hot day. They are just a very professional organization. They definitely back up what they sell and they are just really good people. They do very good work.

They were readily available and very professional. Got here on time and performed the task in a timely manner. The person was very polite and helpful. I had him look at something else and instead of fixing it and charging, he suggested something we could do ourselves. I was VERY pleased and intend on calling them again soon to do something else.

The house had never had duct work installed. Of the three companies I had look at the project one told me it was impossible, another was skeptical but "would see what he could work up", then there was Accutemp... Terry came out, took a look and said no problem. Not only that, he seemed excited by the whole project! While looking for an economical way to install duct work in an existing structure--built on steel I-beams close to the ground he--half kidding--suggested inside exposed duct work. I loved the idea! Despite the house handing them many unseen problems because of the unconventional building techniques used they continued to be excited about the project, always arrived on time or early, kept me in the loop on even minor decisions, cleaned up the site every afternoon and were a joy to have around-- the crew meshes really well together and have great senses of humor. The system works like a dream and the duct work--while being extremely function-- looks more like artwork! I highly recommend this company.

AccuTemp excelled in every aspect of their service. My phone call to request a service appointment was handled with efficiency and professionalism. I placed the call at about 4:45 p.m., and the service was set for 8:00 a.m. the very next morning. The service technician was right on time, friendly and professional. I know adding Freon is a very routine service call for these guys, but when it's August in Shreveport, a house without a/c warms up quickly, so routine or not, it was important to my family. The entire service took about 30 minutes, and now the cold air is blowing again. AccuTemp will be the first hvac company I call when the time comes to replace the central a/c in my home.

They seemed a little pricy but they were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had to replace 2 capacitors. The unit works great now.

My husband and I previously had our yearly maintenance service through a competitor of Accutemp. Our A/C started blowing warm air, so we made a service call to them and were told that the A/C would need replacement. Due to unnecessary pressure to make a decision "in the heat of the moment" from the service teach and a lack of answers to fairly basic questions, we were left feeling very uneasy about using them for the work. This lead me to Angie's List to find another provider to get a second quote/opinion. I am so glad I did! I saw that Accutemp had great reviews, so I gave them a call. I immediately could tell a vast difference regarding the customer service and expertise they provide vs. the other company. They were able to send someone out that evening to give us their opinion and write up a detailed quote. Their quote was significantly less than the previous company's, and frankly, more on point with what we had expected the job to cost in the first place. Our sales person, Rick, was exceptional! He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our final decision before scheduling the work to be done. Once we decided on which unit to go with, we were able to schedule an appointment for two days away. The guys that installed our unit showed up on time and completed the job in less time than we even expected. They tested the system to make sure everything was as it should be, were very friendly and personable, and cleaned up all work areas really well. Rick then came out to do a final check on the job to make sure we were satisfied - we definitely are. I am so impressed with how professional and friendly this company's team is. They have the customer service and attention to detail that all companies should strive to have. Thank you Accutemp and Angie's List! They were excellent. We haven't had that service way beyond and it's incredible. They had their supervisor come out and check and talked to me. There are other person come out to make sure that they had done what he had quoted and everything. There was one other guy came again to make sure if things were done right.

The part that was repaired was still under warranty, so there was no charge. I called their answering service around 6:30 am and they arrived that same morning by 8:30 The service tech is always nice and knowledgeable, I have been a happy costumer since 2009 and will continue to use this company. Their prices are better that some :)

Our scheduled time for service was at 8:30am, they arrived 15 minutes early. They went to work immediately changing out the old system for the new one. The system was thoroughly checked out to make sure all was working properly. They hauled off the old unit. The job was finished before noon. Accutemp has the best heating and A/C service.

They are always pleasant. Also they are very through when checking my unit inside and out.

I called them in the morning and they were at my home by the afternoon of the same day. Very professional. I have not had any more problems with our unit. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

As another commenter said, I'm glad I decided to get one more quote. Brigg came out and gave me a quote on a much better unit than anyone else had priced for me. Though all of the other companies that came out said my duct work was crazy and was the reason one side of the house was hot and the other cold, he was the only one who suggested a comprehensive fix. The price for everything was in line with the prices others gave for just the ac and furnace. The work was expected to take 1.5 days, but they finished up in just one. I'm very pleased.

Great! My heating unit made a terrible noise Saturday morning.I tried my usual repairman and he had turned off his cell.(supposed to be 24hrs.service) I decided to try Angie s List . AccuTemp was highly rated, so I tried them. The technician was very prompt in calling me back since it was Saturday. He arrived at my home at the time that he said he was to be there. Since I had errands to run he called before he came to let me know he was on his way . Once he arrived,he was very professional and told me the problem with my heater. It is 14yrs. old and needed a new motor. He completed his task in a timely manner. I was so happy that I had heat !! I would highly recommend them.

They were here on time and explained everything they did and the price was fair. I would use them again. They checked out my heating system in advance of the winter season

The very old furnace went out in my mother in laws house and Accutemp was recommended by a trusted friend (who is very hard to please) so I felt good about the call. An associate arrived for a free estimate. I arrived a few minutes after he got there and he was already helping with a blown fuse for which he had nothing to do with, but was helping fix the problem. That was fixed quickly and he was finally on his way to looking everything over and putting together an estimate. He wrote everything up on their form with details on everything they needed to do to get them warm again..temps are in the 30's. I felt they gave us an excellent price so we agreed to the job. He had a crew available for first thing in the morning at 8:30am and their office called and confirmed. The installers arrived perfectly on time actually a bit early which was even better because it's cold. They began removing the old nasty unit and cleaned out the area before installing the new one. They caulked all the spaces in the unit closet for a nice clean seal. They installed the new furnace and even cleaned the evaporator coil for them while they had it open. The install went smooth. The guys took the time and got all the measurements correct for a perfect fit. They ran the unit both heater and a/c to assure they were functioning properly before they left. Everyone was very professional and polite. Excellent job! Huge thanks to Brig and all of the crew at Accutemp!! Guaranteed recommendation to everyone!

Very professional. The bid was for a different brand than what I ended up using, so it was hard to compare. I decided to go with another brand than this company quoted

I had a Trane system which was about 15 years old and the blower motor went out. I got a quote from the contractor who had installed our system 15 years ago and the repair was going to be around $1000 to repair our old system so I got a quote from him for a replacement Trane system. I decided to check Angies List to see if anyone else handled Trane systems and saw the good reviews for Accutemp on Angie's list so I called them up for a quote. Brig came right out that same day and gave us a quote on the spot and suggested that we add another intake air grill to improve our system performance. The quote was quite a bit lower than the first contractor had given us and there was a nice $300 coupon on Angie's list that we could use. We asked when the work could be done and they said the next day which surprised me. The J team (James and Justin) were at our door at 8 am the next morning. They worked hard till lunch to take out the old system and started the installation of the new system. I can't say enough about the professionalism of these two guys. Brig and another guy came out to check on the installation during the day. The guys took a short lunch break and finished up around midafternoon. The J team cleaned up everything with a shop vac and made sure we knew how the new thermostat could be programmed. They checked out the cooling and heating performance of the unit and made sure we were happy with their work. All I can say is that if you need a quality job at a reasonable price on your heating and a/c system give them a call before you get anyone else to do the job----this is a first rate company that you should consider when you need a/c or heating work done.

The first person the company sent out was an installer, and they were apologetic that the wrong individual had been dispatched. They had the right man on the job shortly thereafter, and fixed the system straightaway. Communication was very good, and I received calls from the company to verify that our agreed date and time were still going to be convenient for me. I was very pleased with how I was treated.

I was out of town for the install, but my dad was there and gave me a blow by blow of how the install went. These guys were very professional, corrected any mistakes quickly, worked with a house that's almost a hundred years old and has never had central air so you know they ran into a few issues which they handled without complaint. These guys are just the best. I can't imagine anyone else doing this kind of work, working this hard, and doing a better job. On top of that, a rep stopped by to check out how the install went and see if I had questions and I happened to be doing some work on an old, horribly unstable ladder. I was pulling down some vines from the front of my house and I have kind of a thing with heights. He not only offered to let me use his ladder, he actually helped me with my work... completely unrelated to the ac install. Talk about above and beyond! I can't stress enough, this was a great company to work with and they made this a completely hassle free experience. It's hard to find a company that will leave your house cleaner than when they found it or go any extra mile for a customer any more. These guys did and I urge anyone needing work done... hire them. I'm glad I did.

We were very satisfied with the company from the estimate through the end of the installation. They were prompt, kind, and aware of our needs. I definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting a new air/heating system. Their price was a bit lower than other companies we received estimates from. Now, looking forward to the two years of free maintenance. By the way, we were able to use the valuable coupon on Angie's list. That helped with the final payment. Thanks!

They was very professional and clean up behind their selfs. Man it was very hot up in the attic but they stuck with it like professionals. They answer all my question. I am very happy with this company and my system.

The Accutemp guys did a great job. They were prompt, knowledgable, and polite. The salesman asked relevant questions to find the right system for me, and he did not recommend a more expensive system than I needed. On the day of installation, I expected the workmen to quit for the day at noon , due to the extreme heat . They did not stop until the system was installed and running. They worked nearly 10 hours in a hot attic so I would not be without AC overnight. Before they left, they came in the house with vacuums and cleaned up all the stuff that fell out of the vents.. All I had to do was enjoy the cool air!

The job was performed in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything. Every time I call with questions or need them to come out, they are friendly and helpful and out in a short time.

Worked for 13 straight hours in hot attic to get AC unit installed and running in one day. Came back a week later and finished plumbing gas line and vent stack to furnace. Difficult job done very well under difficult conditions. Ask for Terry and Victor to be your installers.
