I really can't complain with the outcome, the lights were installed and do work, however I have to rate him down b/c of some communication and pricing. Initially 2 younger guys came to survey the job and quote how it could be done. If it had been done the way they originally thought it would have taken all day, been very involved and labor intensive. However the day the work was done, a different more experienced guy came and they wound up doing it in a much easier way, (for them, placing the light switch in a completely different place than we originally talked about). The job only took 3 hours and they weren't able to switch out a fan for me as we had originally planned. I was charged at the highest rate we had spoke of which I took issue with b/c it didn't take as long and I am left with a bedroom without a fan or a light fixture. If you use them be sure you have done due diligence with the price.

Their prices were high. The quote was $330. They came out the same afternoon like they said. They came in and looked at the house. They sat down and gave me an estimate right there. They were very prompt and courteous about the estimate, but the estimate was high. They responded to my questions very professionally. I got the work done later for $150. I would consider getting an estimate from them in the future.

We were not to happy that he backed out without doing the job. We had gone back and forth and finally decided on a quote and we accepted the quote and when it came down to the day to do it, he backed out.

I called him one afternoon and he arranged for someone to be at my house the next morning. As promised, the guys showed up on time. VERY nice and SUPER quiet. I almost forgot they were in my house. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was properly completed. This was my first time using Johnson's Electrical Services and would use them again.

I liked everything about them and everything was positive. I would rate them highly and would use them again.

I have only used them once. They did an excellent job. They did it when they said they were going to and did it competently. The price was reasonable. They were very neatly dressed. I would call them if I had any electrical work to be done in the future.

He is prompt, attentive, and courteous. He is a very gentle person who must be in his late 30s. He is very respectful and I love working with him. I have never had one single complaint about him. His communication is great and he calls if he is even five minutes late. He puts us at the top of his list and makes us feel important. I think he is priced appropriately too.
