+ -1 moreThey tented off the area before beginning the work and kept things clean as they went. Drywall can be very messy but after they finished and cleaned up you could not even tell that there had ever been work done. Tim and his crew are always courteous and professional. I like using them for my rental properties because of their professional demeanor with my tenants.
Description of Work: There was ceiling drywall damage in a downstairs bathroom of one of our condos. Tim cut out, scraped, floated, textured and painted the damaged area. The damage was so well repaired that you can't tell that it ever happened.

+ -1 moreTim does about everything from sheet rock, paint, plumbing etc. It's always turned out good and he will make sure you are satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: Tim performs all of my repairs and maintenance on my rental property. He is very fair on how he prices his services. Tim is also the most honest and trustworthy contractor I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him for all repairs. If he is unable to do the repair, he will be honest with you and recommend someone else. Tim is a one call does it all.
