Would rate hire but the job is not completed waiting for the gas to be installed.

The evaluation to determine generator size was excellent. Very detailed by a very knowledgeable gentleman. Answered all my questions and further advised those things I should want to follow on installing my generator. Optimize were right on schedule the stated day of installation. Excellent young crew, very knowledgeable and worked together very well. They were able to install the generator and electrical, had to wait on trenching the gas line as to wet and muddy in my back yard. Follow the end of the week, once things dried up they trenched and laid the gas line and test rain the generator. Optimize applied for all permits, a complete turn-key job done excellent. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your generator needs!

i decided to go with phil at optimize egs because they offered the best price and they were the only ones to offer to bury my gas line. the other companies were ok with the gas line being attached to the exterior wall. very unprofessional looking. lastly, their workers took pride in their work. to the point that before they left, one of the workers to the time to wipe down my generator and made sure it was clean looking. awesome company and would definitely do business with again

After doing research we chose Opti;mize EGS to install our whole house Generac generator. Craig and his team were easy to work with and professional with the installation process. Great working with a company who also get the permits, inspection and gas meter replacement. We would certainly recommend Optizime.

My generator was commissioned on 10/23/18. I wanted to wait on writing my review until after the lights went out and everything kicked in. The installation team with Craig Page over operations was professional and on schedule. The commission test went exactly as planned as the generator site was carefully located and installed. Great teamwork by installation crew. When the lights went out the generator operated exactly as described by Craig. Quick, quiet and clean installation of my generator. Installers were very efficient given they were down a man and were very courteous and thoughtful. Definitely would use again.

Waiting on them to come back after it dries up to run gas line to unit. But you don’t pay anything till the job is finished. I’m sure they will finish as soon as it is possible.

Excellent installation job

They were very professional and on time. They replaced an old 7kw generator with a 16kw whole house one. It was done in one day and the work went well. They also did a good clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
