Four things become immediately apparent about Chris McCloud, owner of Samson Power Washing, on the job: punctuality, professionalism, desire to satisfy customer's needs, and commitment to excellence in his company's work. We called Chris on Thursday to see if he was available, as we were having our house appraised the following Tuesday. We were very pleasantly surprised when he called back to say he could do the job on that Saturday. He arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m. as scheduled. Chris and his son, Christian, a fine young man himself, started working immediately upon arrival on site and continued such until completion of the job at 2:00 p.m. Our house is a two-story structure of 2,890 square feet. This was the second time we've used Samson Power Washing to do our home. Chris' pricing is fair and reasonable, as competitors wanted to charge approximately $200 more for the basic job. Add the exceptional quality of work to the price paid and you know you've truly received the optimum value for your money. I also particularly enjoyed his sharing with me how he uses Dawn dish washing soap to the cleaning solution for the vinyl siding to cause bubbling action that helps solution adhere to the area longer in order to clean better. When finished with their clean-up after completion of the job, everything was back in place and it looked like they had never been at the house. I highly recommend them for your power washing needs. I know we'll continue to use them year in and year out.
