+ -1 moreI would recommend him. He was prompt. He showed up the afternoon he was supposed to be here and with in the hour he was supposed to. It was a tenant apartment. I had to be there as well as the tenant so him being on time was nice. He was good.
Description of Work: Mike's General Maintenance replaced a control panel and installed an air conditioning and heating unit.
