The solutions offered were fairly simple and included basic cleaning and maintenance, changing ducts, and expanding an intake duct. The technicians were very helpful, very thorough, and quite professional. However, I believe that they either lack the experience, or the proper equipment, to do a sophisticated A/C evaluation. I base this statement on the observation that they wanted to expand an intake duct because it "sounded loud." That is, it "sounded" as if it were "sucking air." I don't believe that an evaluation of an A/C by sound alone is sufficient. So, overall, these guys were quite earnest, and may be good at what they do. However, they were not helpful in my case.
