It took forever to get him on site to give me an estimate and then it was never written down only word. I gave him a 2000 dollar deposit for dirt to be brought in, and then he said he would come back out and start forming up and that did not happen for a long time. The estimate was way off and what he said how it was going to be done was not up to building code standards. When I insisted that it be done correctly his brother did the work and then he came back later and wanted to charge more and put on other charges on top and inflate the prices. The original estimate was 11,000 dollars for a 45 X 60 shop floor a 44 X 10 back patio, two small side walks and part of a driveway under the new carport. and removal of part of the old driveway that was asphalt and concrete pad. So far I have paid him 10,850.97 and the concrete pad was not taken up and a floor drain was not installed. And the forms were not taken down. And how he is trying to charge me for the equipment that he used on the site. Overall he Lies like there is no tomorrow and asked for money the hole time and acts like he is your friend then when there is a disagreement it turns nasty, he went to the DA and the police jury and talked to my neighbors making trouble. I later found out that he had done the same thing to other people. He never took down the forms and left a mess all over the place and said that was extra or that it was not his responsibility. Also his people threw lunch bones around my yard. Also he did hot have all the tools that he needed to do the job on several times I had to lone him my tools so that the job could move along, and not have to wait for him to get back on site. Which that was a feet in its self keeping him on site so that his people could get to work or know what to do he would not show up for hours and only be here for a little bit of time and then disappear sometimes for the rest of the day. a job that should have only taken three days took two weeks.
