Description of Work: They replaced the entire roof, and also re-painted the the interior of the house that had water damage. It took a few weeks to get it scheduled because it was raining every day, but they finally got it done when the rain stopped for a few days. Other than the rain postponing the job, everything went great.

Description of Work: They replaced the flashing and shingles on the exterior of the roof around the chimney and replaced a large portion of roof decking around and below the chimney which was rotten due to extended leakage. I was very pleased them in general and with their work.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak in the roof. Some of the boards needed to be replaced and new shingles put on. They did a great job! We had a terrible storm yesterday and not a drop came through the roof! We are very happy with their work!

The DEAL CLEARLY STATES "AREA OF 20 SQUARES" your home has an area of 39 SQUARES in addition, you wanted all the fascia and soffit changed, at twice the price you were getting a steal of a deal. If you change your mind and decide to perform the work give us a call, we will honor our price.

Dear Customer, This was a complex job, we are a responsible bidder and therefore could not be careful enough to give you an estimate. The property was being expanded 2 and a half times it's size, materials alone were more than half the price of what you got quoted, then there is labor and the worker compensation insurance we pay in case one of our workers get injured. I drove by your house the other day, it's been over 6 months and there has been no construction. Maybe that is a sign that there is no CONTRACTOR willing to do the job for the set budget. We back our work and will honor the price in case you change your mind, provided the existing condition has remained the same.

Edgar came by a Thursday afternoon to see what type of job we needed to have done. Later that day he called us with the price. We were very pleased with his price. We had a few other estimates from other roofing companies and Edgar had given us a much better price for the type of roofing he was going to give us & also he was so professional explaining everything to us from pricing to materials. We set up appointment to have the job done on that Saturday morning. On that very cold Saturday morning as planned they were at my home getting the job done. The cold weather didn't seem to bother them at all. The job was finished that afternoon and they made sure everything was completely cleaned up. He even did some other repairs that he notice was needing to be taken care of on the roof of the house with no extra charge to us. Great guys & great work.We are very happy with it all.

Samayoa had replaced my neighbors roof & I requested that an estimator contact me. Tristan Mancuso came by and assisted me in making the claim. We set up an appointment with a claims adjuster from Allstate and Tristan and Tony Lehne (both estimators from Samayoa) accompanied the Allstate claims adjuster on the roof to inspect it. I signed the contract that day and the roofers started 3 days later. They finished the job in less than 1 1/2 days. My house is 2500 sq. feet. They put on upgraded ridge vent covers, cleaned out the gutters, and even replaced some of the gutter screens. They left my property totally clean, even using magnetic rakes to get up all the nails. I couldn't be more pleased.
Description of Work: My roof had wind and hail damage. Allstate covered the replacement of the roof. All I paid was $500 for an upgrade to architectural shingles. The roofers worked with Allstate and started their work 3 days after the inspection.

Description of Work: I used Samayoa Roofing LLC. They took off 2 layers of roof, the fixed bad decking, they re-wired a couple of pipes that were in the valley and they put a new roof on.

What can I say... These guys were great! From the day Tristen came to my house to introduce himself. Setting up the appointment to have Tony and Edger come out to work out the details on replacing my roof. Their crew worked safe, fast and professionally. Again a job well done!
Description of Work: Removed shingles and replaced felt and shingles. Replaced vent, boots, sheathing was replaced where needed. Great job!!
