Description of Work: After being referred to me (by another provider listed on this site), Shane came to my home the same day I called him and provided me with an estimate for a fencing job I wanted to have done. I was looking to put up a wood fence around the back of my property and connect it with my neighbors' existing fences on both sides. Shane came fully prepared for the estimate--measured everything, gave me different options (pine vs. cedar, number of gates, etc.) and explained to me approximately what the price would be for materials and labor on the spot. He sent me a written estimate within 24 hours which matched precisely with what he had told me in person. Shane was extremely patient with me, as we had to wait for my subdivision's HOA to approve the fence before we started construction. Once I got the approval, I called him, and he told me we could start work within a couple of days. I was, frankly, shocked (but very pleased) by his quick availability. He came to my home on the day and time he had committed to and put up all the posts for the fence; on the following day, he came back with an assistant and put up all the fence boards. He and his assistant cleaned up after themselves, threw away debris, and left me with a beautiful fence which, frankly, is much nicer than my neighbors' (and for which I paid quite a bit less).
