The quality of work was consistently very high. I have only ever had one small issue with the company's work, and I did have considerable difficulty getting them out to deal with it; I eventually just fixed it myself.

Business phone number went directly to owner, which was convenient for scheduling the appointment. He was very personable, and able to get to our home within a few days. When he arrived he was with an assistant. Both men had a neat appearance and were polite. They got a good look at our current system, took measurements, etc; the owner answered a few general questions, then they left. The next day we got the quote attached to an email which promised "the details of the work." We appreciated the quick turnaround; however, the quote did not specify materials or sub-processes (i.e. run "x" feet of "y-type" piping), just gave general terms like "replace" and "remove" and what would NOT be provided. Thus, it seemed like they might not put enough attention to detail into their service. Also, i requested references from previous customers (i.e. homeowners like myself); however, all they gave me was names of contractors (which was not enough).

They do really good work. We would use them again. We were pleased with the price and with the quality of what they did. They had a little snag getting it installed, but they worked that out really nicely. The niche they had to go into was too small, but they handled pretty well. We chose to go with them instead of other installers because we have used them before. They did some plumbing and drain unplugging for us before. They are professional and very pleasant to deal with. They are very friendly and dependable on their arrival times. They were communicating with me like calling when they were coming. The quality of their work is very good. They did not mind me asking questions. Some people do not like you looking over their shoulders while they work, but I am curious and asked them some questions. They were happy to interact with me.

I would absolutely use him again.

They had to unplug the drain from the roof. They ran into a problem when their tool snagged on something in the septic tank; they dealt with it professionally, diagnosed their trouble, and got the job done.

Have used Meaux services many times over several years. Always very pleased with service.
