They ordered a door gasket and said I could not return it, it was for a Maytag Refer. After using instructional videos they recommened for 3 1/2 days, exactly the way it said on the videos and it would not stay on. I and my girlfriend asked could we get some resolution. Since they part could not be returned I threw the box away. I looked up the part number on the internet and went back with the number and the gasket. they would not even try to help. They even accused me of not buying the part there and said they had no record of it. I looked the counter person, Nicole, in the eye and said you remember me, she said yes you picked up a box here but I don't know what was in it, saying they have no record. They are the ones who ordered it for me and I saw here on the internet looking up part numbers. I don't know the business and simply took the first number for the part that poped up. How was I supposed to know different companies make same parts. It cost $110.00 plus tax for the horrible experience with this company.
