"The customer picked up the part about two weeks after ordering. When he picked it up he asked about our return policy which is that we do not take returns. Mr then tried to get his money back for the part and did not have the part, the box it came in or the receipt. We try to always help our customers the best we can and sometimes we do except returns but to do that we need the receipt, and the unopend part in orginal packaging."
