I would not suggest them to anyone because they spent two hours in my house with three people and charged me $200; I could have done a better job. It was awful. I also asked her if she was satisfied with her job and she said she was. If I am paying for a service, I expect the best but they just came in and did the surface cleaning work I would do. I expected a thorough cleaning because I was a first time customer and that is what they said they were going to do so that is why I expected it. They were very proud of themselves.

Initially, they performed adequately. However, with each successive job their quality diminished and they arrived later and later without calling us. The last day they did not show up and when we called them they stated they had another appointment. They really did not care to let us know when they were going to arrive. We had to let them into the house. We were waiting around hours for them to show up. They would not move things to dust or clean. We were very unhappy with their services and asked them not to return.

While my request for services was promptly scheduled, I was not informed of the three hour limit of cleaning by the staff. The two women were very efficient but slow. As a result, although the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned(as stated on web page), I was informed that I would have to pay $40 per hour if I wanted cleaning time in excess of three hours( already cost $190). I declined and finished cleaning the kitchen apartment myself. Now, being aware of the three hour limit, I indicated that the floors would be the service priority at the house location. Although the house was completely empty with a previous post-construction cleaning by the builder, I was charged $220 for services. When I arrived home, I found marginal cabinet cleaning and the laminate wood and ceramic tile floors dull, with an obvious filmy coating. Upon my complaint, the owner of the company responded that they did "everything they could" to get the floors shiny but were unsuccessful. Rather than inform me of this dilemma promptly, I was subjected to excuses and rationalizations for the sub-standard services. While the owner finally agreed to return to my home to re-clean the floors, I researched on-line information on cleaning laminate wood flooring. Incredibly, had the staff only buffed the floor with a microfiber mop or used a steam mop, the floors would have been acceptable. Frustrated, I elected not to have return service and finished the floors myself to my great satisfaction. For a cleaning service, not to know this basic information on floor cleaning is inexcusable. More importantly however, is this company's total lack of customer service skills. Response to complaints were excuses and explanations for shoddy work with the expectation that the client accept them. The office staff and company owner engageed in extensive discussion of the complaint with no immediate regard for the"customer is always right" business strategy to retain satisfied customers. Their obvious reluctance to provide exemplary customer service has resulted in a loss of a potential customer for monthy services and valuable positive word-of-mouth referrals. This company's marketing policies, customer service and cleaning services are marginal at best and do not justify the exorbitant fees charged.
