Long review but worth read! Experience and completed work deserved more than one or two sentences. I am so glad that my friend recommended Tim's Drywall Repair and Painting. We had a water leak in our attic and needed new insulation, new ceiling & wall drywall installed, door trim & base boards placed back, and everything painted. Tim came to check out what work was needed the morning after I called him. He even pointed out some work that was needed on the connecting bathroom's ceiling and bedroom's ceiling & wall. Tim was very thorough with explained what would be done and how. I opted for the closet and bathroom issues to be repaired and painted. Tim guaranteed that his crew could get it all taken care of in three days. They began the following week. After the first day's work was completed, I asked if I could add on painting the walls in a new color in the bedroom with the wall repair as a surprise for my husband. Tim said it wouldn't be a problem, said that it would still fall in the timeline and gave a satisfying quote. Day two, he showed up with his crew to explain what needed to be added, and it was suggested that I get the bedroom ceiling repaired also while they were there. I agreed. I am beyond thrilled with the process and outcome of the job. The cost was reasonable, and I never felt pressured into getting more work done than I initially wanted. Tim, Sabas, Hector, and Teresa were polite, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They also made sure that my floors were covered to avoid getting ruined and cleaned up any mess during and after the job. Tim was excellent at communication. He assured me that I was welcome to call with questions & concerns at any time. Everything was complete in the three days. My husband was surprised and so thankful that I had the crew take care of the bedroom. Tim also followed up a couple of days later to make sure we were still happy with the work and asked if we needed anything. We already know what other rooms we will hire them for in the future. Work included the painting of walls and trim in several rooms. They also completed extensive drywall repairs on an earlier project prior to painting. Tim Coco and his crew, Chris and Cody are reliable, trustworthy and take pride in their work. Project cost is reasonable, and the quality of work is exceptional. We had a great experience, they were very polite and considerate of my toddler who was napping throughout the dayâ they kept it as quiet and clean as possible. They worked with my schedule and gave us instructions for priming the wall which they repaired. It was clear and easy to follow.

We had a large hole in our ceiling due to a water leak. I had previously seen great reviews on Tim's Drywall Repair and Painting, so I gave Tim a call. My wife and I were very impressed with Tim on his first visit. He obviously knew what he was talking about and gave us a good price on the job. Chris and Cody showed up on time and proceeded to impress us as they skillfully went about their work that left our ceiling looking better than when we first bought the house. My wife was always very comfortable with them...they were true gentlemen! I would give Tim and his crew my highest rating!

Tim and his crew did a great job fixing repairs so we could sell our house. Drywall repair and paint work was seamless, paint perfectly matched. They found more repairs that need attention and fixed them also. Tim was quick to respond and quote the work. I felt very comfortable (as a woman)with them in my home as they were very friendly.

It was important for us to hire individuals that we felt safe with in our home. We experienced hurricane damage to all rooms except the master suite. We lived in the home during the repair process. Timâ s crew helped us move from room to room. They went above and beyond. Their work was done to perfection. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Tim and his crew did a phenomanal job repairing and painting our great room ceiling. Our floors were completely covered and protected. The large pieces of furniture we had left in the room were covered and moved as needed. The quality of the taping, floating, sanding and texturing were excellent. Our ceiling was coated with an anti mold sealant, a primer and two coats of paint. It looks better than it did before the hurricane damage. Work was done fast, efficiently and in a timely manner. Tim was incredibly polite and communicated all details and even when he himself wasn't on site, he made sure to tell us to call him immediately with any questions or concerns. We had used his services for a smaller job on our rental property before this on and would not hesitate to use him again. We highly recommend him!

Tim Coco and team did an AWESOME job. When I first spoke to Tim on the phone I felt the sincerity in his voice. Everything he told me he would do in order to get my house back in livable and satisfying conditions, he and his team did it! When the job was completed there were no loose ends undone. Tim is a man of his word and you can count on him not to fail you. I would recommend anyone to try him, they won't be disappointed!

Tim and his team were careful to set up the work area, covered all furniture/appliances, covered floor, refinished drywall where cracked and wet spots occurred from Ida, and painted 3 ceilings and 1 wall in my home to restore to better than new condition. He did this for a reasonable price, so I would recommend him to my friends.

Tim communicated through the whole process in a very timely way, and the actual day of repairs, they were on time, efficient, clean, and the ceilings look as good as new. Tim was so responsive and communicated easily with us to coordinate this project. He and his team arrived on time, minimized dust and debris to the best of their ability, and all in all did a great job. Definitely would recommend. I'm already thinking about the next project I'll reach out to him for!

Tim responded quickly to questions. Scheduling was easy. Workers were professional. Texture was fairly heavy with initial work. Tim returned, adjusted texture, and completed the project to my satisfaction. Would use him again.

All contractors should wear face masks, regardless of their political beliefs concerning the validity or dangers of Covid. I asked him to put one on and he did, but we are in our 70â s and are at risk and the next time any contractor walks into my home without A mask, he will not be hired. This contractor did A good repair job and my only issue was his attitude toward wearing A mask. He should be concerned about others who do not follow his beliefs.
