Pleasure Pools

Description of Work: Replaced liner, I paid 1400.00 down and suppose to pay at the end of service. They were suppose to fix pump so the vacuum would work. I ordered a Polaris pool vac also I never received. They changed the liner, but they never came back to finish cutting in the side airators, nor the light at the end of the pool. It was never hooked up to light either, as it once had been. The pool liner did not suck to the edges and water got between the liner and the pool. The gap was a foot wide on all corners. I called them as the pool turned from water to light green, jade green, green, and murky green. They finally sent 2 girls out to bring some shock for the pool that cost 100.00, over 100 actually, 110.90. They came out every month from April to June and promised me we would be able to swim in it by July 4. The pump was never fixed, finally a guy came out and asked me for tools, I supplied the tools, he stole my hedge cutters out of the pool shed, my shovel, and long clippers that ratcheted. He was wearing a nice shirt, gold chain, and hair so fixed and sprayed the wind would not move his hair. He did not look like a service person ready to fix a pump and he didn't. He said he would have to come back, he didn't have the tools he needed. Months later, three guys came out, dumped the sand on the edge of the concrete in the yard,this was out of the pump, stinky, heavy mess, killed the grass, that I had to move, and then told me he would be back to fix the rest. Never came back. Weeks later, the same three came back, said they were there to finish the pool and I could either pay them or pay later. I paid them and then was sent bill after bill saying I had not paid them. I have my canceled check. The balance was for 1905.00 I do not know what those guys did with the check, or if they do not have someone there to handle their records, but I have all my records and bills from them. Later, a huge hole was cut in the pool. The owner says that is what he does with people who do not pay their bills, he cuts the liner. I have my canceled check. It was cashed by someone there. My bank is City Bank and Trustand they went back and got everything I had paid these people. No, I would never use or recommend these people. ALso, they had people working for them that were dope heads and drank. I can call names if I need to. Later, years later, I met one that worked for Pleasure Pools at that time, which is where I found out all my information. They had made this person mad by not paying him and he was livid. I showed him the cancelled check and he said I needed to file a suit on them. I never did. Terrible people there, after the money, with no work ethic at all.

Description of Work: Pleasure Pools replaced my pool liner.
