Steve is very professional and knowledgeable and explained in detail all the testing procedures and types of mold and their effect on people.

After a burst frozen pipe in the attic, we were concerned about possible moisture remaining in insulation and drywall, possible mold issues, etc. RMTE advised us through the process of drying the areas with fans, etc., and then came and tested for mold and moisture. All their advice was sound, no mold found, even in other parts of the house. If you wonder about mold and allergens in your home, these people are expert and honest. They did NOT try to sell us cleanups and followups; they did what they said they would do; we highly recommend them.

Mark Troutwine was very polite, respectful, informative and knowledgeable. He spent time diescribing what is done during the inspection and testing. He pointed out other things in the house that might be future problems. A concise report is given at the end of the process. I was very relieved and pleased with my outcome.

Mold X gave my family peace of mind which is so important when you have little ones in the house. Our family had been sick for months and we feared there was mold from a water issue we had in the past. Mold X came out and did an air test and discovered we had a black mold issue. Mark is great to work with. He treated our bathrooms and did another test which revealed the issue was taken care of! They tested my flood damaged home post-remediation for mold. They were prompt and explained what they were doing with the testing. When the results came in I received not only the written report but also a phone call so they could review and explain the results for me. He took his time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the results; professional and patient. Very pleased; highly recommend them.
