Description of Work: We had them repair some drywall in the bathroom where we tried to remove some tile. Then they tore down the rest of the tile, and replaced it with new tile. It came out very good, except the grout line at the top way way too thick. We also had them paint a small bathroom. For the most part it came out good, but the smaller, intricate details were a bit sloppy. Also, there was paint over-spray on various items in the bathroom- faucets, counter, tub, etc. All in all, they did a good job. Not great, but good. Price was on the high side, but still relatively fair. They were one of the only contractors we found on Angie's list that actually called us back.

+ -1 moreThe assessment was impressive. Seemed professional, knowledgeable, and courtesy. I was told they would send me by email a formal report and estimate of cost. It never happened. After waiting a week or so I contacted and was told it had been done. The man was on road and said he would have to check the email address he used. Never heard from him again. After a few days I went on their site and sent them email address. That was about 3 or 4 weeks ago. No response. I can appreciate someone deciding for whatever reason they do not want or do not have time for the job, but have the courtesy to tell me that so that I am not waiting for something they have apparently decided not to send. That is why despite apparent quality of their ability and punctuality in coming for assessment, I have to rate them as failing in responsiveness and below average in professionalism.
Description of Work: They made two visits to assess a possible leak in the roof causing damage to wallboard in living room.
