Very knowledgeable courteous and had a sense of urgency that was greatly appreciated. + -1 morePrior day to service request, I let them know I needed done before the listing of a house for sale. He ensured me he would be there the next afternoon to meet the schedule. He texted me 2 hours before work was to be completed that he wasn't coming. No call and only text to say he wouldn't make it, Unreliable contractor and poor communicator.
