 + -1 moreIt was very good. My previous roofer (Coleman roofing) from 6 years ago did a poor job on part of the roof, so Genesis did a minor repair of it to extend the life for another 3 years or so. I was very happy with it. Sometime it was a little hard to get in touch with them, but for the price I'm totally fine with that!

 + -1 moreThey refused to quote the job unless I paid a $75 fee. I declined to do so, because it's bait-and-switch. Their profile says free estimates, but that's clearly not true. If they bait and switch on the little stuff, I don't trust them not to deceive me on the big stuff.

Description of Work: A woman claiming to be a supervisor, and a man appearing to be a repair man arrived as planned. He didn't speak English so she did all the talking. I had no way of knowing what they actually communicated to each other. What she told me was that the flashing around chimey needed to be repaired. I could expect an estimate in a couple of days. I pointed out water damage to the eave. She said it wasn't related to any roof problems but they could do the repair and they would send an estimate. She said they do all manner of repair work. I asked for estimate also for driveway repair. The man went up on the roof and walked around. He did not do any of the work as specified in the Angie's List promotion. No $100 credit was mentioned for repair work. I expected to hear from and see them again in a couple of days and all work would be completed as advertised. Now, weeks later I have not been contacted and no estimates have been received.

 + -1 moreI contacted Mr. Stevens right after the August floods in my area when most contractors were price gouging, fortunately he was not into this practice. The price I paid was very fair. The staff was very professional and to my surprise on time and ready to work on the day promised. My roof replacement was phenomenal! My roof didn't look this good on the day in 2000 when I purchased my home brand new. I couldn't be more pleased. I have been recommending Genesis 360 to everyone I know. Thank you Genesis 360 for taking a process that seemed so daunting and making into a breeze. The honesty and professionalism is top notch. I can go on and on about my experince, SIMPLY AMAZING.

 + -1 moreWorkers started on the day agreed upon at 6AM and did not stop until the whole job was complete, around 8:45PM. All vents and jacks were replaced along with rotted decking and drip rails. Communication with Craig was excellent and he was very accommodating, to the extent that he traveled to my home to show me shingle samples. Initially his bid was very reasonable. Then, at the end of the job it was found to be over estimated, and Craig made the correction immediately. I would definitely hire him again.

Thanked me for my business and proceeded to go over the details of the work order to ensure it was as I expected. They also gave me an estimated time they would be finished with work each day, which was a welcomed and pleasant surprise. Another pleasant surprise was the fact that Mr. Stevens stopped by mid afternoon to check to see how things were progressing and gauge my satisfaction thus far. Talk about excellent customer service! I couldn't be more pleased with how my new roof looked and the stellar service I was given. If you want a reliable, professional company who puts their customers first, then this is the company for the job. To this day my roof still looks sturdy, professionally done and simply amazing!
Description of Work: Scheduled a call to discuss my needs after I reached out initially. Came out to my home to access my property and go over items discussed on call and detailed explanations of on site findings. Scheduled another in person visit to discuss pricing materials, labor, etc as well as the estimated timeline of services. Everything was very upfront, personable and professional!

On the day of the appointment they showed up on time and provided the requested service. In addition to providing the service they were also able to assess trouble spots and provide reasonable estimates to fix problem areas. Their prices are competitive and process of working with them is extremely easy!
