He replaced two fuses and a sequencer. I looked up the OEM prices and added them up to $80.00. My cost $395.00. Additionally he bypassed the one fuse and left before seeing what happens to unit on full cycle. Well the sequencer was bad and remains on when the unit is off. No fan running and lots of heat in the air handler. Fire.

This Company Marcotte's Will over charge you Big Time ! He charged me for a Thermostat $150.00 & I looked it up on line & it sold for $39.79 & I know there was nothing wrong with the one I had. He also was only at my place for less then 2 hours. He told me I need a complete system. He charged me $718.00 Like a fool I paid him. He never even showed me a bill. But this is not over by far.

I have never had such fast, professional work done in my home. The gentleman really listened to me to understand my problem. Thank you very much. Will definitely call on you again.

Paul Marcotte is a very personable service provider. He came the same day we called and fixed the problem of a blocked condensation overflow drain, added coolant to our 11 yr. old system and checked out the ducts in our attic. It must have been 120 degrees up there! When we do have to replace this unit, we will definitely call him to do the installation. As far as the cost is concerned--like most things today--we felt it was somewhat high, as we are on a fixed income. Robert Pinney
