+ 19 moreThe company was very knowledgable about new IBC Construction Codes and FEMA Flood rules, zones and elevation requirements. They finished the job on time and within budget and they were very helpful during the process in dealing with lenders, permits and vendors. One thing that is very important to me is that the jobsite was kept cleaned up, there was a minimal amount of debris left at the site and the workers were required to clean up after themselves each day. I would highly recommend Lamp Properties for new construction, rennovation and repair.
Description of Work: Lamp Properties designed and built my post-Katrina rebuild in St. Tammany Parish and I am very satisfied with their service. The design is an elevated custom 2-story home specially designed to fit within my narrow lot. The house is finished with hand-selected specialty woods throughout, beautiful one-of-a kind custom cabinetry, high wind-test hardi-board under custom stucco exterior, very unique windows, ceilings of 12', 16' and 9' height and other specialty amenities. Elevation is key in our area and Lamp Properties provided a special elevation design that has my house well above the required flood plain with a beautiful underneath-the-home outdoor living area. Color schemes and custom fixtures were extremely important and Lamp Properties help me achieve exactly what I had in mind.
