Disher Home Inspections thoroughly inspects and reports on all visible and accessible systems and components of the structure being inspected. We utilize teh Louisiana State Board Of Home Insepctors standards of practice a state of the art report writing software. Components inspected include but are not limited to: foundations, grading and drainage, roof and attic, exterior and interior, ceilings and floors, doors and windows, fireplaces, porches and patios, electrical, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, built-in appliances and garages.

Mr. Disher returned my inquiry call promptly, showed up 20 minutes before the appointment time, and was courteous and personable. He got straight to work setting up his laptop and printer, taking care of paperwork, then suited up and began the inspection. He crawled everywhere under the house, looked in every corner, and took his time to do a very detailed job. From the piers foundation to the attic, the inspection took about 3 and a half hours. His evaluation and presentation of his results were very clear, and his report was detailed and well documented with photos. I left the inspection with a copy of the report in my hand and one in my email. Mr. Disher was patient with my questions and very polite. I am incredibly pleased with his honest and affordable service.
Description of Work: Mr. Disher was brought in to do a pre-purchase inspection of a partially renovated 2800 sqr ft., 100 yr old home.
