+ -1 moreSee above. Not a good experience and a long waste of time waiting for them. They just started a house for someone I know and look forward to finding out how it goes. If anything like I expect, it wont be good.
Description of Work: Contacted Cretin Homes in January about building my new home for me. Went in and talked to them gave them my plans, went over everything very thoroughly to make sure they understood everything in detail. Said she would go over everything and get back with me. After 2 weeks I contacted them back and they still had not done anything. 2 more weeks past and they contacted me saying I needed to come in again because they had questions. Set up appt. went back in next day, went over everything with them in detail again and said I was ready to get this part of process done. Said they would be back in touch by end of week. 3 weeks later they send me their drawing that looks like it was done on a bar napkin, with nothing even similiar to what I left with them or that we discussed. They advertise a certain square foot cost to build and wanted to charge me that price for an unfinished home. Very poor customer service, no communication, and your at the mercy of waiting on them to create things you never even discussed or mentioned. I left them drawings to scale, with notes as to what I wanted and somehow those were never looked at or used when they looked at my file.....
