 + -1 moreI am very satisfied with the service I received today. Owning an older house makes repairs difficult at times and Jason did a good job of explaining everything to me and even cleaned up. He had the parts that were needed in his truck so no extra trips costing me more money was needed.
Description of Work: Mertens Plumbing came to the house at the time he stated he would be there. He worked fast and was efficient. He also gave me some factual information on my ideas for remodling. I like the fact that he is close to where I live and is reasonable in prices.

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job and I appreciate the way they handled everything. He sat down and talked to me about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It was fairly expensive, but the product I got was expandable and is not supposed to freeze or bust. The quality of the work was good and I haven't had any problems. He was here when he said he would be and came right away to do the work. He is just a good ole country boy and not some die hard business man. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Mertens Plumbing replaced all of my hot and cold water lines. He also put in cut off valves and repaired leaks around my tub and toilet.
