Description of Work: I have used Mr. Williams on three separate occasions to resolve various plumbing issues. The last occasion was to repair a waste water line that had been driven over and fractured. He always is the one you talk to when you call. We arranged date and time. On the date of the service, he arrived a little before the set time and was already diagnosing the problem when I arrived. we discussed the options and once the decision was made, he and his assistant started the work. In process, I pointed out a water supply line that had a leak that had been temporarily repaired by the previous resident. Jeremy had the needed supplies on his truck to resolve that issue while there. He completed both issues quickly and efficiently. His price was reasonable and he has no difficulty explaining things in a way that the novice can understand.
