DUFOUR TREE SVC LLC

Our Insurance Provider required us to remove the tree limbs which extended over the roof of our house. I contacted Wayne at Dufour Tree service and set up an appointment for him to give me an estimate. He was right on time and gave me a very fair estimate of what it would take to do the job. They were going to have to bring in a Bucket Truck and a Crane to remove the 4 huge limbs from the Live Oak Tree. He told me it would be a while before they could perform the job due to the amount of work they had, which was just fine with me. Over the next few weeks, Mr. Wayne kept in touch with me and the communication was very good. He called and said that they would be there on 6-9-14 around 10:00am. They were right on time, rolled in with their crew and equipment, went right to work, and were completely done within about 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up and it looked like they were never there except for a little saw dust here and there in the grass. What I liked was that when they brought there Crane in, they used huge wooden pads under the truck hydraulic stabilizers to keep from tearing up the lawn. They took great care in protecting the looks of the property. Another thing that was impressive was the candor and professionalism of Mr. Joey Dufour, you just don't see that in companies these days. These people really know what their doing and I will continue to use them for all my tree needs.

It was great, very professional. He had all the necessary equipment and he knew what he was doing. He even provided some services that had not been agreed upon for no extra charge.
