+ -1 moreI called Tepco for help. They were very courteous on the phone. The gentleman told me he could have someone here in a couple of hours. Two young men arrived exactly as promised. They were very professional. They killed off the wasps, which was no small feat. The price was reasonable. I wanted to use my card to pay but they could only accept checks or cash. They told me I would have to go to their office if I wanted to pay with my card. Fortunately I had some cash on hand, so I didn't have to write a check. Other than that small inconvenience, I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Tepco.
Description of Work: I had a huge wasp nest in my barbecue pit on my back porch. There were big red wasps guarding the back door, and they would attack anytime I tried to open the door.
