 + -1 moreThey take a long time to come out, but they are good. Their advertised speed and their actual speed is usually slow. We are paying more for what we are actually getting. They are professional.

Description of Work: This review is being provided to reflect general dissatisfaction with this company. They are way overpriced. I work a lot but when I do watch tv there is almost always a problem with the picture, sound,, or both. Sometimes I am able to fix it with troubleshoot g on my end. When I call the company, they can ONLY come weekdays during business hours.....not convenient for those of us who have to work to pay the high cable bill. The company has never offered a refund for any of the many times of technical problems. I've tried to find another promising provider with no success. Everyone around here uses Suddenlink.

 + 0 moreBesides the high prices and time spent on the phone with the salesperson it was a great experience to use Suddenlink. When you schedule the install date and time make sure you are around all day. They have other work cancel on them that day or have to stay later on a job that is giving them problems. That is very understandable, but they didn't call to let me know they would there 8 hrs early.
Description of Work: I had internet, cable and phone services activated at my home. I have never used a cable company before due to the fact that I lived in a very rural area before moving to a location that offers cable. The customer service was great as was the technician. The only complaint I have about the tech is that he showed up 8 hrs early and I had to leave work to meet him at my house. As far as the prices go they are really high when I compared them to satellite tv and other cable providers in nearby towns. I am paying for the fastest internet speed they offer and I am not getting the speeds I pay for. Actually they are no where near what I pay for. The cable works great but it isn't worth $104 a month in my opinion. I have 2 small children that love cartoons. If not for them I wouldn't pay that much. They also charge $40 for installation when I had everything in my possesion already. Not sure why they charge that when all he did was pull in the driveway, wait on me to get here and then leave. As far as the ordering process goes their webpage doesn't give much information on services offered. You have to call to get all of the information and they give you a 30 minute sales pitch. It would be much easier to be able to complete the process over the internet and call them if you have a question. Regardless of the negatives they are a really reliable company and very responsive to any problem you may have. I would recommend them to family and friends.
