This man is awesome!! I had a problem with my appliances and he was there the same day. This man is the real deal. As many people have stated: he is very honest!! He takes his time to show you and tell you the problem. I also have a give a shout-out to his girlfriend! Thank you for setting him up with Angielist!! Behind every great man there's a great woman!! It went very well. Cleaning prolongs the life of a refrigerator. It is too expensive to repair so good maintenance is the way to go.

The compressor was too weak. It died and the cost to repair it was too much versus buying a new refrigerator.

I highly recommend using Mr. Paul for your appliance repair. On my first call Mr. Paul was at my home within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer, he took time to show me how to properly maintain my dryer by cleaning vents and what tools to use.. My dryer was really old and it was determined that it would cost me more to fix it than a new one would cost. After talking at length with Mr. Paul I opted to purchase a rebuilt dryer. Mr Paul had the new dryer to me the next day as promised with a 30 day guarantee. Mr Paul quickly and efficiently installed the new dryer and showed me how to use it. I was very impressed that Mr. Paul stayed until I dried the first load of clothes to make sure everything was working properly. He also balanced the dryer for me. I am a very good judge of character. I found Mr. Paul to be honest, dependable, punctual.professional and fair in pricing. Mr Paul will be the one I will call with all of my future repair needs. In fact we have tentatively scheduled some other things such as installing a dishwasher, and riding lawn mower repair. Called Mr. Paul regarding my Maytag refrigerator not working, would not maintain the temperature, things were freezing up, wouldn't even make ice......he asked a few questions as to what exactly it was doing, make, model, etc.....said he would be out the next day at the time we scheduled and he was promptly on time. He was very thorough in his examination and determined it was indeed fixable. So, he ordered the part, 2 days later he was back promptly as scheduled, replaced the part, made sure it appeared to be working properly and was on his way well within 20/30 minutes. Now, it has only been 4 days, but so far it's been working like a charm, the temperature has NOT changed since he left, and I have a full bucket of ice! Yes! I would certainly call Mr. Paul again for any future appliance repairs and I do highly recommend his services.

Mr. Paul Was on time and had it corrected as soon as the parts came in.. Excellent person, honest which you rarely find honest people in the appliance business . I will use him again .. Please call Mr. Paul should you have any issues with appliances.

My wall oven was not working properly and I needed to know if it was repairable or if I needed to purchase a new oven. I had already had problems that started last year with the touch pad not working some times and knew that just to replace the part was going to cost $300 plus labor. I was not sure if the problem with the bottom element was due to the touch pad problem so I contacted Mr Paul and explained the problem and asked his opinion of what could be going on. He gave me 4 possibilities, but stated that the only way to know was to check it out. He came right over and was at my home in 45 minutes and went right to work. It turns out that the bottom element was only getting 30 watts of power when it should be getting 220 watts which is why it would not heat properly. After checking the possible causes, he determined that it was the computer board was damaged which I already knew was going to be about $400 to replace and he recommended that I buy a new oven. He stated that if I purchased a new oven, he would come and help me install it in exchange for giving him my old oven. He said that he could use the parts that were still good. It is a win-win for both of us because I don't have to dispose of it myself and he can make money off the parts. Mr Paul work previously for Montgomery Wards and a couple of other appliance repair shops in the past and now runs a one man repair shop. He appears to be honest, which is very important to me.

Showed up at scheduled time. Personalble. Knowledgeable. Fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself.
