Nichols Home Improvement was highly recommended by a friend; Eric came out within 24 hours to give me an estimate; He was very professional and courteous; He had excellent ideas on how to go about patching and painting my ceiling without having to replace the entire ceiling; He also had creative ideas about how to custom make a transition threshold; they did an excellent job painting several rooms as well; He and his crew arrived on time and had the job done in a day; I am very pleased with outcome of this job; Eric was not the first person I called for this job, however, he was the only one willing to take the job on; I greatly appreciate his eagerness to help me! They arrived on time and very professional. They went right to work and they had it done in a couple of hours (including cutting the wall out). They were excellent, kind, and I would use them again.

Eric Nichols was the first person to give us an estimate. He was a little more expensive than the other four we received but had the confidence to do all the work we needed done. Our biggest concern was the sliding glass door. Everyone else that looked at it said a six foot door would not fit without a lot of extra work. Eric said he did not see a problem and was very much correct. He made it fit with no problem. All work was done professionally in four days.
