+ -1 moreI live in San Antonio, Texas, and am a full time caretaker for my husband and unable to travel. My stepmother has been ill in Alexandria and was not able to organize replacing 2 window air conditioning units. From SA, I was able to purchase 2 window units at the Alexandria Home Depot, but it was proving very difficult to find someone to install them. I finally called Michael's, who said they could install them that day, likely towards the end of the day as they had a busy day planned. I was so surprised to get a call from my stepmother about noon to say that they were all finished! She said the men were very nice and efficient and did an excellent job. They also hauled away the old units. Very professional. I even asked them to surprise her with a 3rd unit (that she would not splurge on) which they will do this week as well. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our A/C went out in June, which is not a good thing in Louisiana. They were able to get the part needed overnighted. We only went without a/c for a day and a half.
