+ -1 more.Watch out for their excessive hourly rates after the initial hour. They provide excellent service, on time, professional. They charge fairly normal for the FIRST hour $120 (Feb 2012), along with parts charges and even an additional fuel surcharge. But they charge the SAME rate for every hour after the first hour ($120 for any hour) rather than charging a normal, average charge for the subsequent hours. So the $120 is far and above any national, average hourly rate for licensed plumbing after the first hour. And your bill will not itemize the charges. You have to ask for an itemized bill, which you will get.
Description of Work: Remove old and replace a customer provided water heater in attic.

Description of Work: Replace hot water heater in attic. Service was excellent, on time and very professional. Charges, other than their hourly charges, were fine - number of hours, initial service charge and even an add on fuel surcharge. But their hourly charges after the initial hour are exorbitant. The initial hour charge of $120 per hour was expected (Feb 2012) but they charge the same for every hour thereafter. So their hourly charge is a fixed $120 per hour, instead of the normal large initial hour charge with subsequent hours being charge at a lower normal, average hourly rate. Plus when you receive your bill it will not have a breakdown of the charges. You can get one, but you have to ask. Strongly recommend discussing their charges up front if your job is expected to last more than an hour. You will be overcharged on subsequent hours.
