+ -1 moreGreat phone person (Tina), handled call, appt. explained equipment needed, pricing, various choices. Scheduled call, work performed, all perfect. This was gift for my fathers birthday. He moved into new home he renovated so pool needed work and Jamie did a fantastic job. Purchased new equipment from him at a great price.
Description of Work: pre summer cleaning and purchase of new skimmer equipment. Great pricing on equipment and monthly pool service. Monthly cleaning is $140 a month. Excellent pricing Additional pool skimmer cleaning was purchased as well

Description of Work: called for a last minute pool clean becuase we had a party the next day. they said they would be there that afternoon. told me he would call me with an estimate. they never called. What they call vacumming a pool is NOT what I call it. They did not brush down sides of pool and left pool with spots of dirt and cloudy. They finished and charged me $65 for a 30 job that was horrible!! most other pool cleaning companies in the area charge approx $100 for weekly service! This is an outrageous charge but i guess it was my fault because he was the only one available to do it on short notice. Now I know why! My wife gave him a $100 bill and he said he would return with change. It has been over two weeks and he has not returned the change. I called this AM and he said he would "get to it" in a very RUDE voice. I will NEVER use them again and suggest you do not either.
