 + -1 moreFrom the first phone call until they rolled out the driveway, the experience was extremely pleasant. Service tech, Tim, was friendly, fast, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Their price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend.
Description of Work: Wall to wall mirrors removed, cut, and replaced. Cracked glass panels in home windows replaced.

 + 0 moreInitially Dirk said he could not get beveled and sloped edge glass but he did and it looks great. My wife is thrilled with the results. I'm a hero.
Description of Work: During a move the company lost the glass top and shelf for an old buffet table. I emailed Glass Specialties, Inc and Dirk immediately replied with a quote. We worked out the details and one of his technicians picked up the table, about 2 weeks later they delivered the table and glass.

 + 0 moreI had two broken window panes I had been meaning to fix for years. I finally swallowed my pride and went into Glass Specialties Inc. The receptionist quickly and professionally wrote up a service order and had me on my way home within 5 minutes. Within two hours the service man had called to setup his visit and was arriving at my door. The first visit was for him to measure windows and provide an estimate. This took less that 15 minutes. With my ok, he was off to get glass cut. He was back in less than an hour. He took less that 45 minutes to replace both broken window panes. The only slow up was me having to put our dog outside on a leash. I was very impressed with Glass Specialties prompt, friendly, and professional serivice at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Measured and replaced two broken window panes in two windows.
