Description of Work: He did the irrigation work and all of the plants in the flower beds.

Description of Work: Owner Chris Sauceda, phone number: 318.446.1396 came out to our house and gave us an estimate of the job to be completed. After putting us off for a month, to help his friend on another job, thus causing us to miss a deadline on an appraisal, he came out to our house. He looked over his contract and informed me that he had left off a few items and would have to charge for them. Needing these items, I accepted. He asked for the check, more than half because his truck was broke down. He showed up with 2 men and worked for half a day cleaning the debris. He then showed up the next day with dirt, plants and bark. He shorted me according to my contract 60 plus plants, when I asked about it, he took off that amount. He finished the next day. I have 1500 sq feet of landscaping. He did not treat the ground, no top soil, he used fill dirt and he tilled but didn't remove the grass. My landscaping has been taken over by weeds. He used pea gravel to give us drainage away from our house. He did not grade or move water from the house. The pea gravel washed away with the spring rains. We started contacting Chris within two weeks. He told us that we needed to wait till spring. We continued to contact him and he told us he didn't have time for us and he would not be back. I contacted the Department of agriculture, they came out took pictures and ask Chris numerous times to follow up with us and give them a report. It has now been 7 months and he will not contact us.
